Our office is committed to helping you maximize your dental insurance benefits. As a service to our patients, we will check with your dental insurance company to get your coverage detail before your appointment, so please have your dental insurance information ready when you make your appointment.
Please Note: There is a 3% processing fee for all card transactions.
How Urbana Pediatric Dentistry Helps with Dental Insurance
Please understand that we make every effort to work with your insurance provider and honor your coverage. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee it due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
In-Network Dental Insurance Companies:

Anthem PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna PPO, GEHA, MetLife PDP Plus, Principal PPO, United Healthcare PPO.

Out-of-Network Dental Insurance Companies:

We also serve families with other insurance companies as a non-participating/out-of-network provider. This means that,
depending on your insurance plan, you may or may not need to pay an additional fee or co-pay. There are plans that
provide out-of-network benefits at the same or similar level as in-network coverage.
We are happy to check your out-of-network coverage information if you are interested in becoming our patient.
